Central Cities Navigation Center Project
In partnership with the County of Orange, the City of Garden Grove, the City of Fountain Valley, and the City of Westminster, NexGen Construction Management successfully delivered a federally funded renovation project for a transitional behavioral facility.
Bicycle Corridor Improvement Project (BCIP)
The Bicycle Corridor Improvement Project (BCIP) was completed in collaboration with the City of Garden Grove, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), and Caltrans.

Center Point Tower Renovation Project
The Center Point Tower Renovation Project was a large-scale corporate office renovation managed by NexGen Construction Management.
The project involved the complete modernization of a five-story, 118,000-square-foot office building — all while maintaining the facility’s daily operations through a complex, phased relocation plan accommodating approximately 2,500 employees.
